“The service was pleasant and efficient enough, although it took five days for Bauhaus to contact me regarding payment for the order. However, I am very satisfied with the quality of the material. Unfortunately, it took two months after ordering for the T-shirts to finally be delivered to me (in Australia). I admit this was partly because the T-shirts had to be re-printed for me and then shipped a long distance by courier with DHL during the Christmas period (early December). Still, I feel it was far too long to wait two months. For that reason, I can only give Bauhaus service 4 stars.

“I had a problem with purchasing a T-shirt (too small). The return conditions are not clearly easy to find during purchase and shipping, so I contacted customer service — and they were truly very service-minded: fast and friendly handling. The T-shirts are apparently made individually each time, so exchanging isn’t automatic — that’s good to know. In any case, they helped me in a very accommodating way.

“I've ordered several items from this shop. All have been of good quality. Some deliveries have been delayed, others not. Importantly, they always respond to emails in timely fashion, explaining the reason for the delay, if any.
“Friendly enough but ultimately seem confused about the process of selling things, ie advertising something as in stock when clearly it isn't. You're better off doing the research yourself to find the item you want and buying direct from source. Website is nice for curated ideas, mind.

“The chess set is amazing. A masterpiece that has symbolic meanings in every piece of it. I loved it. The quality is undoubted, and the set looks chic. Besides the set, Bauhaus is another level of quality. I had a trouble with the custom service of my country, as it would be internationally shipped. But the sales department made every effort and kindness to solve the problem and they were very patient even I was very anxious.
