2. Collection and Use of Personal Data

a) Website visit

When visiting www.bauhaus-movement.com, your browser automatically transmits technical information (IP address, date, time, file name, referrer URL, browser type, operating system, provider). This is stored temporarily in log files.

We process this data to ensure smooth website operation, security, stability, comfort of use and for administrative purposes. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

b) Newsletter registration

With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), your email address is used to send our newsletter regularly. You can unsubscribe any time via the link in each newsletter or by contacting us.

c) Contact form

If you contact us through our form, we process your data based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data will be deleted once your request is resolved.

3. Transfer of Data

Your data will only be shared if:

  • you consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  • for legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
  • due to legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)

5. Analytics Tools

a) Google Analytics

Used for design and optimization. Pseudonymized profiles and cookies are used. Data may be transferred to Google servers in the USA. IP addresses are anonymized (IP masking). You can opt out via browser add-on or opt-out cookie.

b) Google Ads Conversion Tracking

Used to measure effectiveness of ads. Cookies expire after 30 days, contain no personal ID. If you prefer not to participate, disable cookies for www.googleadservices.com.

6. Social Media Plug-ins

We use Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Tumblr, etc. based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Integration follows the two-click method for better protection. If you are logged in, providers may assign visits directly to your account. For details, see their privacy notices.

7. Rights of Data Subjects

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), withdraw consent (Art. 7(3)), and lodge a complaint (Art. 77 GDPR).

8. Right of Objection

If processing is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you may object under Art. 21 GDPR. For direct marketing, you have a general right to object at any time.

9. Data Security

We use SSL/TLS encryption (up to 256-bit) and suitable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Security measures are updated with technological progress.

10. Updates
