Description
Young design belongs in the Dessau Masters’ Houses! The third IKEA Bauhaus Summer with its residency programme and two-week summer school asked how the original idea of the artist commune might be translated into a modern context and how minimal modifications could make it possible in the future for people to live and work in the listed buildings. Out of this emerged a variety of minimal features at once reflecting and substantiating the fascinating Bauhaus story.
